We can customize your mug with any military standard insignia: Rank, Rating, Rate, Qual pin, Badge etc. Just add the desired mug to your cart and tell us what you want. We’ll reach out if we have questions.

READ BELOW BEFOE PLACING YOUR ORDER!

1. If you want unique text (name, title, catch phrase etc.) make sure you add a UNIQUE IMAGE OR TEXT to your cart for $5 for however many mugs you want to have unique text on and fill in the “text you want” on your MUG order text block.

2. For NON-STANDARD images, add UNIQUE TEXT OR IMAGE to your cart, email us the image at sales@theshallowpotter.com tell us in your MUG order text block what you emailed us. The image must be solid colors, no shading; its best to find the image you want in black and white if possible.

3. Unit crests are a great but they are full of color & shading and we send them off to get redrawn to work in clay so the minimum order to get a unit crest is 8 mugs/tumblers, they can all be different styles/colors and personalized. It’s best to reach out to us for group/baulk orders rather than ordering from the website. We have individual order forms for you and your shipmates to fill out.
